Decide on the dates and times of renting and returning.

Consider necessary equipment.

Confirm how much equipment is necessary for staying and eating meals.
Also decide whether you will bring your own equipment or use rental equipment as an option of Quilters Rental Car.

Confirm the spec of vehicle, rental fee, terms of use, items you will bring with you for using a rent car, notes on use, and insurance & security.

When an e-mail notifying you of the completion of your reservation is sent, a link to a pages explaining the vehicle you will use will be also shown in the e-mail. Please take a look at these instructions before using the vehicle.

Send your reservation form by clicking the “send” button.

Input the necessary information onto the reservation form on our website to make a tentative reservation.
Note that the reservation has not been completed yet at this point. After we check whether the date you wish to rent is available, you will be sent an e-mail with an invoice describing the total rental fee and other details.

After receiving the invoice e-mail from Quilters Rental Car, please make the payment of the total rental fee within five days.
After the payment is confirmed, the reservation is established.
For payment, a credit card or bank account transfer can be used.

An e-mail notifying you of the completion of your reservation will be sent. It includes a link to a page of websites explaining the the vehicle you will use. Please take a look at these pages before using the vehicle.

Items necessary for rental

・Japanese driver’s license or driver’s license valid in Japan and an international driver’s license The international driver’s license must conform to the Geneva Convention on Road Traffic on September 19, 1949, and the license stamp of the category of the vehicle permitted to be driven must be B or above. The international driver’s license is effective for one year from the date of issuance.
Or, a driver’s license issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Taiwan, Estonia, or Monaco (with a Japanese translation)
・Passport (if you do not have a Japanese driver’s license)
・Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Diners Club can be used.)

About child seat

You are obliged by the Road Traffic Law of Japan to use a child seat if you take a child five years old or younger. If you inform us in advance, you can rent a child seat at our shop.
Up to two child seats can be installed in a car.
The borrower is responsible for properly installing and fixing a child safety seat or a child booster seat.

Rendezvous at designated place

Come to the place of rental you designated when making a reservation at the designated time of the designated day.

Copying of driver’s license and/or passport and confirmation of the contract

The driver’s license, passport, and related documents of all the people who will drive the car will be copied.
Read the written confirmation, agreement, and other related documents and sign them if you agree to them.

Instructions of the car and confirmation of the contract

When an e-mail notifying you of the completion of your reservation is sent, a link to a pages explaining the vehicle you will use will be also shown in the e-mail. Please take a look at these instructions before using the vehicle.

Our staff will inspect and confirm the exterior and interior of the vehicle. If you find any damage to the vehicle, inform the staff immediately.
It will take about 30 minutes to one hour before departure to learn how to use the vehicle.

Return the vehicle with the fuel tank fully filled.

・When returning the vehicle, submit the bill for fuel.
・Our staff will check the vehicle together with you. Do not leave any private items inside the vehicle.
・You may be required to make an additional payment if such payment is needed.
・If you forget to fill the fuel tank, Rental Camping Car Osaka will require you to pay a certain amount of fuel price calculated on the basis of the travel distance.
・If the time of returning the vehicle is exceeded, a late charge will be required when you return the vehicle.

Rendezvous at designated place

Bring the vehicle to the place of return as designated when the reservation was made at the designated time and date of the designated day.

Checking of the vehicle

Our staff checks the vehicle together with you.
If any accessories are damaged, compensation will be charged when the vehicle is returned.
